SYSTEM BRAKE CALCULATOR SOFTWARE:
This Windows 95/98 program
performs all of the calculations relating to a competition brake
system. The calculation starts with the force a driver applies
to the brake pedal, then to the bias bar and finally to the
master cylinders. The Brake Calculator determines the pressure
in each brake line as well as the forces applied to the rotor,
and finally to each tire. The program also determines the loads
on each tire under various dynamic conditions. It can even
predict which tire is most likely to lock up first. The Brake
Calculator can be used to evaluate changes in the braking
system. For instance, does two turns on the bias bar produce the
same result as a 1/16th" increase in master cylinder size?
The Brake Calculator will help you make these decisions before
you go on the track.
